Thank you for purchasing the Lumber Kiln Simulator from Hydraterm AB. We want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Right of Withdrawal)
We offer a 14-day refund policy, in line with Swedish and EU consumer protection laws (ångerrätt). If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase and receive a full refund, without giving any reason.

How to Request a Refund
To exercise your right to a refund, you must inform us of your decision within the 14-day period. Please send a clear statement requesting a refund to our email address:

To help us process your request quickly, please include your order number or the email address you used to make the purchase.

Refund Processing
Once we receive your refund request, we will process it without undue delay. We will reimburse all payments received from you, in any case, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision. The refund will be issued through our payment processor to the original payment method you used for the purchase.

Defective Software & Statutory Rights
This 14-day refund policy does not affect your separate statutory consumer rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen).

The Software is considered defective if it does not conform to what has been agreed upon or what you could have reasonably expected. If you believe the Software you purchased is defective (either during or after the 14-day window), please contact us immediately. You may be entitled to a remedy, such as having the defect rectified, receiving a replacement, or, as a last resort, a refund, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
